Servant Leader Scholars
The Servant Leader Scholars program is a 6-month development track designed to prepare historically underrepresented college students within Georgia for early career opportunities, while empowering them to become active leaders of service in their communities.

Eligibility Requirements
An SLS candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Rising college sophomore or junior in the state of Georgia enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s degree program (Class of 2027 or Class of 2028)
- Identify as a member of a historically underrepresented groups (i.e. Black, Hispanic, Native American, etc.)
- Major in the field of business (i.e finance, business management) or technology (i.e. computer science, M.I.S., cybersecurity)
- Identify as a member of a historically underrepresented groups in the technology industry (i.e. Black, Hispanic, Native American, etc.)
- Exhibit academic achievement and servant leadership
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale)

- Become a competitive candidate for early career opportunities. The Servant Leader Scholars program provides a variety of personal and professional development services to help students identify and pursue the early career opportunities best for them. Through initiatives like mentorship, career exploration, and personal development coaching, we help students align their career goals with their skill sets and interests. Once defined, we then help them secure related early career opportunities with resume tailoring, mock interviews, professional mentorship and more.
- Gain confidence in your ability to lead service initiatives in your community. This program teaches students the importance of community service, explores the best community service opportunities for them, and allows them to lead a community service project with their cohort.

Rising Scholars
The Rising Scholars Program is a 2-month discovery program designed to assist graduating high school seniors in Georgia in establishing early career direction, while empowering them to actively serve in their communities.
Guiding students through personalized mentorship experiences.
Developing essential leadership skills for future success.
Eligibility Requirements
A Rising Scholar candidate must have the following qualifications:
- A graduating high school senior in the state of Georgia (Class of 2025)
- Plan to attend a Georgia college/university
- Identify as a member of a historically underrepresented groups (i.e. Black, Hispanic, Native American, etc.)
- Intent to major in the field of business (i.e finance, business management) or technology (i.e computer science, MIS, cybersecurity)
- Exhibit academic achievement and servant leadership
- Minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale)

- Establish clarity around your career trajectory. The Rising Scholars program helps students find the career path for them through both self exploration and career exploration.
- Develop the foundation for your professional network. This program teaches students the importance of community service, explores the best community service opportunities for them, and allows them to lead a community service project with their cohort.

• The Rising Scholars Program extends from June 2025 to July 2025, while the Servant Leader Scholars Program extends from June 2025 to November 2025.
• Each program is a combination of virtual and in-person events (located in the Atlanta area), in which all scholars are expected to attend in their designated attendance mode. Full attendance is crucial and expected for maximizing learning and engagement in the program. Scholars are, thus, allowed 1 excused absence.
• Students will receive the full program schedule in their acceptance letter and be allowed to personally determine if they can commit to the program.
Applications will be open from January 3, 2025 to February 7, 2025. The early application deadline is January 24, 2025, while the general application deadline is February 7, 2025. Stay up to date on application details by subscribing to our email list here:
Subscribe to our NewsletterOur application was crafted to capture a holistic understanding of the applicant, including their values, interests, community involvement, and experiences. One can expect the application to require the following:
• Short answer responses
• Video submission (2-3 mins)
• Transcript (Unofficial copies are accepted)
• Resume
Our application process does not include interviews! Once you submit, your application will be evaluated.
The scholarship should be used to alleviate any career or education-related expenses (e.g books, conference-registration fees, certifications, etc.).
